Soho House & Co. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager, overseeing service standards, operations, staff retention and profitability across a Soho House property.

The AGM will champion the brand ethos, support staff, and deliver memorable member and guest experiences, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellence in food, drink, events and amenities.

Formación

• 7–10+ years in high-volume F&B and multi-department operations
• Knowledge of food safety, risk prevention and emergency procedures
• Experience interviewing new hires and managing staff development
• Ability to analyze performance, guest satisfaction and service trends
• Proven leadership in delivering top-quality guest experiences across multiple teams
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and relationship-building skills

Responsabilidades

• Partner with General Manager to set goals and actionable items
• Collaborate with departments to optimize performance and profitability
• Develop and execute plans to improve service, guest experience and retention
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, local regulations and policies
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Head Office functions (HR, Marketing, Finance)
• Provide policy guidance and drive improvements in operations and service
• Contribute to annual marketing plans and partnerships
