Soho House & Co. in Mexico is seeking a Food & Beverage Director to maintain local properties F&B operations in conjunction with the General Manager.

You will uphold service standards and create an approachable yet elevated atmosphere for members, guests and staff across Club, Roof, Events Space and Room Service. You will oversee forecasting, business improvement plans, payroll/labor, budgets and revenue, while leading a fast-paced, high-expectation team with a strong business acumen and

Formación

• Must have 5+ years of experience in food & beverage operations in a leadership role.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Supervisory, coaching and staff development experience.
• Strong business aptitude in a hospitality context.
• A four-year degree in Hospitality and/or Restaurant Management is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the General Manager to develop systems that elevate service standards for members, guests and staff.
• Lead staff training on Soho House food program and drink initiatives through storytelling and demonstrations.
• Collaborate interdepartmentally to ensure top-notch service across experiences.
• Involve recruitment processes to attract talent and conduct interviews.
• Support onboarding and training to keep the F&B team polished and elevated.
• Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines and Soho House global standards.
• Develop innovative revenue channels to meet profit goals.
• Gather member feedback and develop initiatives addressing concerns.
