The role emphasizes maximizing sales, reducing stock losses, developing new clients, and maintaining visual merchandising and inventory accuracy, while ensuring policy compliance and a high-end customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience required, preferably with at least 1 year of management, in a luxury product setting.
• Advanced English
• Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Maximize every sale, minimize stock losses, and bring new clients to the business
• Open and close the boutique
• Coach, staff, schedule, merchandize, and complete inventory
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed in order to achieve maximum results
• Maximize sales and measure performance and conversion rates daily
• Provide outstanding service to customers and manage client relationships
• Assign and monitor sales goals and participate in merchandising and displays
• Train and coach sales associates in selling skills
• Maintain proper pricing and stock control
