CHANEL Guadalajara is seeking a Sales Manager to partner with the Boutique Director in driving commercial performance and elevating the client experience in a luxury retail setting. You will lead a high-performing sales team, recruit and develop talent, and foster meaningful client relationships to strengthen CHANEL's presence in Guadalajara's luxury market.

You will collaborate across functions to execute boutique priorities, deliver flawless events, and ensure exceptional client experiences

Formación

Minimum 4 years of experience leading luxury retail sales teams.
Proven success driving commercial performance and developing high-performing teams.
Strong clienteling expertise with VIC and High Net Worth client relationships.
Strong leadership, coaching and performance management capabilities.
Excellent business acumen with KPI analysis and action orientation.
Fluent Spanish and Advanced English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

Drive boutique performance with the Boutique Director to meet sales, productivity and client development objectives.
Lead clienteling to recruit, retain and develop VIC and High Net Worth clients; strengthen relationships locally.
Coach and develop Fashion Advisors, fostering a high-performing, client-centric culture.
Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Operations, Client Engagement, Marketing and Corporate teams to execute priorities.
