CHANEL Mexico in Guadalajara seeks a Boutique Director to define and execute the boutique's strategic vision, deliver sustainable growth, and embody CHANEL values while leading the team to create exceptional client experiences in a luxury setting.

You will strengthen CHANEL's presence in the local market by developing key client relationships, managing operations with rigor, and collaborating across functions to elevate brand desirability.

Formación

• Experience leading luxury retail boutiques with full P&L accountability.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sustainable growth.
• Proven track record coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Solid experience in clienteling, VIC development and luxury relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business insights into action.
• Excellent stakeholder management across multiple corporate functions.
• High emotional intelligence and sound judgment for fast-paced luxury environments.
• Passion for fashion, luxury craftsmanship and CHANEL values.
• Fluent Spanish and Advanced English.

• Define and execute Boutique business strategy aligned with Fashion Division priorities and CHANEL Mexico objectives.
• Drive exceptional client experiences reflecting CHANEL's service philosophy and brand excellence.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing Boutique team with a focus on accountability and learning.
• Ensure boutique operations comply with CHANEL standards and local regulations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Client Engagement and other functions to elevate brand desirability.
