Amazon Inc. in Mexico is recruiting a Bilingual Customer Service Associate for our MX Virtual Call Center. This full-time, permanent, work-from-home role is open to residents of Yucatán and Puebla, with a monthly salary of 12,569 MXN.

Associates support customers by phone and email, using tools to review policies, research issues, and provide timely solutions in a fast-paced environment. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required during peak seasons.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• 85%+ English proficiency required.
• Must reside in Yucatán or Puebla.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet at home.

• Navigate customer accounts and policies to provide effective solutions.
