Amazon is seeking an Area Manager for our HMO3 Fulfillment Center in Hermosillo, México. You will lead a team of 100-300 hourly associates, focusing on safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity to meet building objectives.

You will review forecasts, balance labor, support safety programs, and drive lean process improvements. The role requires flexibility for overtime, nights or weekends and a proven ability to motivate staff and apply Amazon Leadership Principles.

Formación

• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Review forecasts and determine productivity requirements to meet building objectives.
• Partner with other Area Managers to balance labor for a balanced and efficient shift.
• Support safety programs and compliance to ensure a safe work environment.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and apply Lean tools.
• Drive change at internet speed while maintaining high customer experience.
