Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking an Area Manager to lead a warehouse team, drive safety, coaching, and performance improvements. You will mentor 50–100 Associates, implement policies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery goals.

The role emphasizes Lean tools, quality standards, and a strong people-forward leadership style in a high-volume fulfillment environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 50 to 100 Amazon Associates.
• Communicate policies to Associates and act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and taking corrective action.
• Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs.
• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all Associates.
• Ensure procedures are followed for building security and product loss prevention.
• Partner with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards.
• Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
• Provide tactical leadership of strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks and track progress.
• Communicate across areas to align goals and tasks for program success.
• Strategic planning and forecasting to appraise performance and resolve issues.
• Manage multiple complex projects and cross-functional programs with data gathering and analysis.
