Amazon is launching an Area Manager role for the new Inbound Cross Dock (IXD) in Mexico. You will lead multiple hourly teams, coach managers, and drive safety, quality, and performance across operations while implementing innovative processes and technologies.

You will collaborate with Safety, Engineering, and HR to develop long-term strategies and deliver on time and in full deliveries from vendors to Fulfillment Centers.

Formación

• 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Experience in managing large teams (50+ members).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent. English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple departments/areas of hourly associates through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Drive strategic initiatives and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency across multiple areas/shifts.
• Analyze complex data and metrics to identify trends, develop action plans, and drive continuous improvement projects that impact multiple departments.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promise at a broader scope while ensuring standardization across operations.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with all support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop and execute long-term strategies.
• Create and maintain performance management tools to drive accountability.
