RS Americas is seeking an AR Supervisor to lead and develop the Accounts Receivable team in Monterrey. The role focuses on overseeing billing, collections, and inquiries while ensuring accuracy and compliance with government accounts where applicable.

The successful candidate will train staff, monitor AR metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cash flow and accuracy across the AR process.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of order to cash processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and negotiate effectively.
• Proven experience with Collections Management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Investigates and resolves customer payment discrepancies, disputes, and inquiries.
• Initiates and manages corrective actions related to billing errors and customer complaints.
• Liaises with auditors regarding AR processes, documentation, and compliance.
• Maintains AR documentation system and records; ensures accessibility and accuracy.
• Oversees accounts receivable aging reports and payment history.
• Supervises, trains, and mentors AR Analysts for best practices.
• Analyzes AR metrics to support monthly financial reviews and cash flow forecasting.
• Continuously improve invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution procedures.
