RS Group in Monterrey, MX seeks an AR Supervisor to lead the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections and dispute resolution. You will mentor AR Analysts and drive process improvements while collaborating with Sales and Audit.

The role requires 3–4 years in AR, strong O2C knowledge, and excellent communication. A Bachelor’s in finance or related field is preferred; SAP experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years proven experience as a Collections Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of order to cash processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience with Collections Management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Investigates and resolves customer payment discrepancies, disputes, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Initiates and manages corrective actions related to billing errors and customer complaints impacting receivables.
• Acts as primary liaison with internal and external auditors regarding AR processes, documentation, and compliance for Government Accounts.
• Maintains RS Americas AR documentation system and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Oversees aging reports, payment history, and audit trails in the records system.
• Supervises, trains, and mentors AR Analysts to ensure best practices and continuous improvement.
• Analyzes AR metrics and dashboards for monthly financial reviews and cash flow forecasting.
• Ensures ISO-aligned work instructions for invoicing, collections, and disputes.
