RS Americas, a part of RS Group, is seeking an AR Supervisor to oversee Accounts Receivable analysts and drive effective collections for government accounts. You will lead AR activities, ensure accuracy of billing, and coordinate with auditors while fostering continuous process improvements across the AR function.

You will mentor staff, manage day‑to‑day AR tasks, and partner with Sales and Finance to close open items. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with collections management tools (e.g., SAP).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee AR Analysts and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
• Act as primary liaison with internal/external auditors on AR and government accounts.
• Maintain and improve AR documentation and processes.
• Provide training and mentorship to AR staff; drive continuous improvement.
