Job summary

Watlow in Mexico is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage B2B collections, resolve discrepancies, and handle general accounting tasks per regional standards. The role involves collaborating with multiple departments to ensure accurate quote-to-cash processing and timely customer communications.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in B2B collections, a finance/accounting degree, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong written and verbal English for stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience.
• Experience in B2B collections and general accounting practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reduce AR delinquency with consistent follow up with B2B customers.
• Monitor AR risk flags and determine holds to minimize bad debt.
• Apply judgement to held orders to maximize sales while controlling credit risk.
• Resolve quote-to-cash issues by coordinating with internal teams and customers.
• Assess credit information to set appropriate limits and payment terms.
• Maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support audits and participate in cross-functional projects.
