Levi Strauss & Co. in Mexico City seeks an Accounts Receivable specialist to manage the full AR cycle for defined MX accounts.

Focus on reducing aged debt and maximizing cash flow while maintaining SOPs and coordinating with internal teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B or e-commerce AR, SAP or similar ERP experience, fluent English, and strong Excel skills to analyze data and resolve disputes and improve collections processes.

Formación

• 3+ years in business-to-business or e-commerce accounts receivable and collections.
• Experience handling AR processes and collections for defined accounts.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate data for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full AR process for defined accounts in the Mexico market.
• Reduce aged debt and improve cash flow while following SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Vendor) to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments.
