REHAU Interior Solutions is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Celaya, Mexico to strengthen our finance operations. You will manage customer accounts, analyze payment patterns, and resolve discrepancies while communicating in English and Spanish.

The role requires AR experience, SAP/Excel proficiency, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit & collections.
• Strong understanding of AR processes and financial controls.
• Intermediate English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with SAP and Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Analyze customer payment patterns and perform risk assessments.
• Resolve payment discrepancies, investigate deductions, and process adjustments.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams in English and Spanish.
• Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates on collection status.
• Support month-end closing activities and reconciliation of AR accounts.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to improve cash flow and reduce DSO.
