SKF Group in Puebla, Mexico is seeking an AR/O2C Analyst to manage the full accounts receivable cycle and ensure timely collections. This role requires strong English proficiency and experience with JD Edwards (JDE) and SAP, along with solid Excel and reconciliation skills.

You will liaise with Sales and Finance teams, monitor aging, and support month-end close and audits. Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance is required, with at least 2 years in AR.

Formación

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially JD Edwards (JDE).
• Strong Excel, analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English for business interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an AR portfolio ensuring timely collection and proactive follow-up of past-due balances.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with invoices, payments, credits and deductions.
• Monitor unapplied cash and coordinate remittance collection and payment application.
• Support credit management activities including credit-limit reviews and order holds/releases.
• Manage credits, offsets, and customer refunds; liaise with Sales and Finance teams.
