Brown-Forman Guadalajara seeks an AR/Credit Analyst to drive cash application, credit control, and collections under the LAR GBS structure. You will ensure correct payment application in SAP, issue payment complements, and timely collections with customers.

The role requires 2–4 years in cash applications/credit, SAP experience, Excel proficiency, and fluent English. Join a global finance team and support audits and process improvements.

Qualifications

• College/University degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience in cash application and credit control.
• 2-4 years post-qualified experience in cash applications and credit department.
• Knowledge of accounts payable cash application, accounts receivable and credit management.
• Experience in working with SAP or similar ERP software.
• MS Office skills including Excel.
• Familiarity with self-service portals for payment breakdowns and account statements.
• Knowledge of CFDI 3.3 and payment complement.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
• SAP FI/CO/BW knowledge.

Responsabilités

• AR must be updated, up to date in payments and credit notes.
• Credit lines evaluation and increases thereof.
• Reconciliation of logistics, returns and Commercial charges.
• Credit memos preparation with backup per policies.
• Investigate and settle payment differences (discounts, prices, pieces).
• Provide credit information for internal and external auditors.
• Participate in meetings with Commercial area, Customers, Corporate, etc.
