Citi is seeking an Apps Support Intmd Analyst to provide technical and business support for Citi applications. You will field issues, coordinate with technology partners, and contribute to disaster recovery testing and release processes.

The role requires 2-5 years of experience, familiarity with app support procedures, and strong communication skills to liaise with traders, users, and internal teams. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is expected.

• > 2-5 years of experience in applications support and related activities.
• + Basic knowledge of apps support procedures and related concepts.
• + Exposure to process improvements and standardization efforts.
• + Understanding of financial markets and products is a plus.
• + Familiarity with issue tracking and reporting tools.
• + Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and business support for Citi application users.
• Field issues and queries, offer short-term resolutions, coordinate with technology partners for long-term remediation.
• Develop understanding of how apps support areas integrate to achieve business goals.
• Act as liaison between users, internal technology groups, and vendors.
• Participate in disaster recovery testing and application releases.
• Create and maintain technical support documentation.
• Assess risks and communicate implications for the environment.
