Formación
- IT Delivery Management experience in enterprise settings.
- Experience with Application Management Services (AMS) delivery.
- Strong governance and ITIL-aligned practices.
- Process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Experience in enterprise application support and business continuity.
Responsabilidades
- Lead application management and managed services delivery activities.
- Govern service delivery processes and ensure policy and contractual compliance.
- Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage stakeholder communications and relationships.
- Coordinate incident, problem, and change management per ITIL.
