As a Technology Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will influence stakeholders, shape delivery practices, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to transform client roadmaps with innovative technology solutions.

Formación

Join the Business & Technology Integration team and be part of the AMS - Living Systems project for El Puerto de Liverpool, one of Mexico’s leading retail and commercial organizations.

In this role, you will help drive technology innovation, operational excellence, and business transformation while working closely with key stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a Technology Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor and technical leader, driving innovative delivery practices and helping shape strategic technology solutions for both Accenture and our client. Leveraging your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills, you will collaborate directly with client stakeholders to understand business needs, define solutions, and deliver transformational outcomes.

You will be expected to provide thought leadership, influence strategic decisions, and guide delivery teams to achieve high-quality results while ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drive innovation across delivery engagements by introducing emerging technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead and influence delivery teams to ensure consistent execution, quality, and operational excellence.
• Shape delivery strategies that improve efficiency, optimize outcomes, and maximize business value.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery performance and client satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology delivery, application management services (AMS), systems integration, or large-scale IT transformation programs.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technology delivery engagements.
• Demonstrated expertise in Service Delivery, IT Operations, and Delivery Management.
• Experience working directly with clients, gathering business requirements, and translating them into technology solutions.
• Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) or similar delivery frameworks.
• Experience in retail industry projects, ERP ecosystems, or large enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies, digital transformation, automation, cloud solutions, and innovation practices.
• Ability to identify technology trends and translate them into business value and strategic recommendations.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivery workstreams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proven ability to mentor delivery teams and provide technical leadership.
• Experience working within global delivery models and collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
