Formación

• Requires 5+ years of proven SAP AMS service management experience.
• At least 5+ years as SAP consultant in Logistics (SD, PP, MM, EWM, etc.), FI-CO, and SuccessFactors.
• Experience serving as primary point of contact for delivery topics and escalation management.

Responsabilidades

• Primary point of contact for SAP AMS delivery topics, issues, and concerns.
• Escalation management as the main escalation point for tickets, governance, and risks.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met and contractual commitments are fulfilled.
