Accenture Mexico City is seeking a Technology Delivery Subject Matter Expert to lead strategic technology solutions within the AMS - Living Systems project for El Puerto de Liverpool, a premier Mexican retail group.

You will guide delivery teams, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and influence stakeholder decisions to deliver transformational outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Master-level proficiency in Technological Innovation.
• Expertise in Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM), Service Delivery, and Delivery Excellence.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead strategic discussions across multiple levels.

Responsabilidades

• Drive innovation across delivery engagements by introducing emerging technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead and influence delivery teams to ensure consistent execution, quality, and operational excellence.
• Shape delivery strategies that improve efficiency, optimize outcomes, and maximize business value.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and integrate them into client roadmaps to accelerate business transformation.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery performance and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders to resolve complex challenges and drive successful project outcomes.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship while supporting key delivery and business decisions.
