Accenture México is seeking a Technology Delivery Subject Matter Expert to join the AMS - Living Systems project for El Puerto de Liverpool, a leading Mexican retail and commercial group.

You will drive technology innovation, operational excellence, and business transformation by collaborating with client stakeholders, shaping strategic technology solutions, and guiding delivery teams to achieve high-quality results aligned with business goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of technology delivery, AMS, systems integration, or large-scale IT transformation programs.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams on complex technology delivery engagements.
• Demonstrated expertise in Service Delivery, IT Operations, and Delivery Management.
• Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence decisions at multiple levels.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.

Responsabilidades

• Drive innovation across delivery engagements by introducing emerging technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead and influence delivery teams to ensure consistent execution, quality, and operational excellence.
• Shape delivery strategies that improve efficiency, optimize outcomes, and maximize business value.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and integrate them into client roadmaps to accelerate business transformation.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery performance and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders to resolve complex challenges and drive successful project outcomes.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship while supporting key delivery and business decisions.
