Job summary

Copeland is seeking a seasoned GBS RTR Regional Manager for the Americas, based in Monterrey, Mexico. The role leads RTR operations across the region, partnering with Finance leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant close and reporting.

You will guide a multi-entity team, drive standardization and continuous improvement, and support automation initiatives within a global business services framework. Hybrid work with in-office collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of RTR processes including GL, journal entries, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, reporting and close management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RTR processes for the Americas region.
• Ensure timely month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Review and approve key journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure policy and SOX compliance where applicable.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management for close activities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing RTR organization.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
