Teradata seeks a Junior Customer Education Consultant to support the delivery of educational initiatives and customer training programs. You will assist planning, scheduling, and facilitating customer-facing calls, collaborating with Account Teams to identify education needs and tailor training solutions.

The role emphasizes learning, program delivery, and continual improvement, with engagement across services, product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful outcomes for customers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in technical or professional discipline or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities in English and at least one additional European language.
• Proficiency with documentation, workspace platforms and AI tools (PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and delivering customer enablement programs that align with business objectives and drive product adoption.
• Act as a point of contact for customers and Account Teams, providing guidance on training approaches and developing training plans.
• Collaborate with Account Teams to identify customer education needs and deliver tailored training solutions.
• Help prepare training assessments and recommendations for customers.
• Assist in measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of educational initiatives and improve based on feedback and data.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer education and apply them to programs.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure success with products.
