Teradata seeks a junior Customer Education Consultant to support educational initiatives and customer adoption. You’ll assist with planning, scheduling, and facilitating customer-facing training, coordinating with Account Teams and internal stakeholders.

Ideal candidates possess a technical or professional degree, strong communication in English and another European language, and comfort with PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Some experience in customer education is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in technical or professional discipline or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English plus an additional European language.
• Proficiency with documentation tools and AI-assisted workflows (PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint).
• Analytical mindset to evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver customer enablement programs aligned with objectives and adoption goals.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and Account Teams to guide training approaches.
• Collaborate with Account Teams to identify education needs and tailor training.
• Prepare training assessments and recommendations for customers.
• Measure effectiveness of initiatives and improve based on data and feedback.
• Publish schedules, manage inquiries, and support program evaluation.
