Job summary

HSBC Global Capability Network Mexico is seeking an Americas Business Management Manager to support the CEO, COO and senior leaders across Asset Management Americas. The role leads strategic initiatives, strengthens governance and controls, and drives end-to-end process improvements.

You will partner with executives, coordinate governance documentation, produce KPI packs and MI, and support regional transformation with cross-border collaboration in a global matrixed setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in business management or project management in a multinational setting.
• Strong governance, risk management and process improvement capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with senior leaders.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with COO and CEO on strategic initiatives and governance frameworks.
• Maintain governance documentation, including terms of reference and policies.
• Produce management information, KPI packs and service dashboards.
• Support regional transformation initiatives and cross-border collaboration.
• Coordinate documentation for new engagements and approvals.
• Oversee SOX/Volcker related controls and annual certifications.
• Manage intercompany agreements and vendor screening processes.
