Macquarie Asset Management in Mexico City seeks a governance professional to support funds and portfolio companies, manage board and entity documentation, and coordinate regulatory filings. You will assist with company secretarial activities, formations, restructurings, and wind ups, while collaborating with internal teams and external advisors across Latin America.

The role offers exposure to a range of investment strategies and growth in governance expertise within a globally integrated team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in law or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in law firm, professional services, financial institution, and/or in‑house governance.
• Fluency in Spanish and English for cross‑regional communications.
• Strong attention to detail with governance, risk, controls and compliance awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Support governance activities for funds and portfolio companies, including board and committee documentation.
• Maintain corporate records and statutory registers; coordinate regulatory filings.
• Support company secretarial activities, entity formations, restructurings, and wind ups.
• Coordinate cross‑border transactions and governance initiatives with regional/global stakeholders.
