About the role ofAirport Greeter

Greeting and seeing off guests at the airport to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comply with all Four Seasons policies.

What you will do:

Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
Assists guests as they are guided to their vehicle upon arrival and/or when they are directed to the airline check-in area.
Complies with the Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Conduct Standards, as outlined in EmPact.
Works harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and general airport staff.
Makes sure to have up-to-date information on guest preferences, as well as all available hotel services, in case a guest asks for this information.
Should be familiar with the services available at the airport to be able to guide guests.
Uses their mobile device to stay in touch with hotel staff and report a guest’s arrival/departure (10%).

What you bring:

High school completed, technical or university degree. Experience not required. Ability to communicate, read, and write in English.
