Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is hiring an Airport Greeter for the Los Cabos Costa Palmas property in Mexico. This role greets guests at the airport, assists with arrivals and check-in flow, and ensures a seamless guest transition to the resort.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly in English, with a high school education or higher. Training and development are offered as part of our world-class employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Assists guests as they are guided to their vehicle on arrival and/or to the airline check-in area.
• Keeps up-to-date information on guest preferences and hotel services for reference when asked.
• Familiar with airport services to guide guests and provide accurate directions.
• Uses a mobile device to report guest arrivals/departures to hotel staff.

About the role of Airport Greeter

Greeting and seeing off guests at the airport to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comply with all Four Seasons policies.

What you will do:

• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Assists guests as they are guided to their vehicle upon arrival and/or when they are directed to the airline check-in area.
• Complies with the Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Conduct Standards, as outlined in EmPact.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and general airport staff.
• Makes sure to have up-to-date information on guest preferences, as well as all available hotel services, in case a guest asks for this information.
• Should be familiar with the services available at the airport to be able to guide guests.
• Uses their mobile device to stay in touch with hotel staff and report a guest’s arrival/departure (10%).

What you bring:

• High school completed, technical or university degree. Experience not required. Ability to communicate, read, and write in English.
