Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas seeks a skilled Fitness Instructor to guide guests through personalized yoga and wellness experiences, lead private and group sessions, and collaborate with spa teams to deliver holistic wellness aligned with Four Seasons standards.

Two years in a luxury hotel and fluency in Spanish and English are required. You will ensure safe, welcoming classes and maintain top-tier wellness spaces, equipment, and guest care.

Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish and English required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment.
Certified and experienced fitness instructor.
Proficiency in Yoga and Pilates; TRX/Boot Camp a plus.
Strong luxury service standards and guest-focused approach.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
Guest-centric mindset and ability to adapt to guest preferences.

Responsibilities

Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts, classes, and private sessions.
Lead yoga classes for guests of all levels.
Conduct private yoga, meditation, and wellness sessions.
Inspire and educate guests on wellness practices.
Maintain flexible schedule to support the Spa and Wellness Department.
Care for and maintain yoga equipment and materials.
Ensure studios, wellness areas, and equipment are clean, organized, and stocked.
Promote a safe, welcoming environment for all guests.
Collaborate with Spa and Fitness teams to enhance the guest wellness experience.

About the role of Fitness Instructor

The Yoga Trainer is responsible for guiding guests through personalized wellness experiences that promote balance, mindfulness, movement, and overall wellbeing. This role includes conducting private and group yoga sessions, leading meditation and breathwork practices, assisting guests in their wellness journey, and ensuring that all yoga and wellness spaces are maintained to the highest standards. The Yoga Trainer will also collaborate with the Spa team to deliver exceptional holistic experiences aligned with Four Seasons service standards.

What you will do:

Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts, classes, and private sessions, ensuring each experience is delivered with professionalism, safety, and personalized attention.
Lead a variety of yoga classes for guests of all skill levels, adapting sessions to individual needs and abilities.
Conduct private yoga, meditation, and wellness sessions in accordance with spa protocols and hotel standards.
Inspire and educate guests on wellness practices that support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Maintain a flexible schedule to support the operational needs of the Spa and Wellness Department.
Properly care for and maintain yoga equipment and wellness materials.
Ensure yoga studios, wellness areas, and equipment remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Promote a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all guests.
Collaborate with Spa and Fitness teams to enhance the overall guest wellness experience.

What you bring:

Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a luxury hotel environment.
Certified and experienced fitness instructor.
Proficiency in Yoga and Pilates; additional skills in TRX, Boot Camp or similar disciplines are considered a plus.
Strong understanding of luxury service standards and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High cross-cultural sensitivity and strong customer service orientation.
Guest-centric mindset, with the ability to recognize and adapt to guest preferences.
