Responsibilities

• Track cargo arrivals via web with origin and warehouses.
• Receive customer transmissions and route to warehouses before flight arrival.
• Report missing documents or packages to customer service.
• Forward transmissions to generate operations.
• Generate notices of cargo arrival and dispatch to warehouse.
• Create invoices for freight and handling on cargo arrival.
• Issue letters to airlines within established timelines.
• Coordinate document transmission to customers by courier.
• Issue insurance per customer service instruction.
• Comply with customs transmissions as regulated.
• Notify clients of cargo arrival promptly.
• Daily track all pending flights and report delays.
