AGOL Worldwide is seeking an experienced Air Cargo Operations Specialist in Mexico City. This on-site role leads the desk with one home-office day per week and oversees both air exports and imports, coordinating airline bookings, documentation, and customs clearance.

You will manage shipments end-to-end, interact with airlines, brokers, ground handlers, and customers, and support AGOL’s global air cargo operations from Mexico City.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on international air freight operations experience.
• Strong experience with both air export and air import operations.
• Ability to manage shipments independently from booking through final delivery.
• Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing MAWB and HAWB documentation.
• Experience coordinating Mexican customs clearance with customs brokers.
• Knowledge of IATA air cargo procedures and Incoterms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage AGOL's air cargo operations in Mexico City for both exports and imports.
• Receive shipment requests, source airline schedules, routing options, rates, and space availability.
• Make airline bookings, coordinate cargo pickup, and prepare required documentation; track shipments.
• Coordinate with customs brokers for Mexican export/import clearance and pedimento requirements.
• Verify and review MAWB/HAWB documentation and air waybill processes; ensure compliance.
• Provide status updates to internal teams and customers and resolve issues.
