AAACESA in Mexico's Zumpango is seeking a results-driven Business Developer to drive new business in air cargo logistics. You will identify prospects, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert leads into long-term customers.

You will prepare quotations for air cargo warehousing and value-added services, negotiate profitable deals, and coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in international business, relations, trade or related field.
• Advanced English (B2-C1 or higher).
• Minimum 3 years in inside sales, business development, air cargo, logistics, or supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using strategic prospecting techniques.
• Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations for air cargo warehousing and value-added logistics services.
• Conduct commercial negotiations focused on achieving profitable business agreements.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, freight forwarders, airlines, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure successful onboarding and service implementation.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare commercial reports, and meet established KPIs.
• Represent the company professionally while promoting customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
