AIT Worldwide Logistics in Mexico is seeking an Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Specialist to ensure timely processing of AOG shipments globally and uphold exceptional customer service. You will manage shipping data, coordinate with internal teams, and support financial and operational processes to meet company standards.

The role requires 1–3 years in air freight, strong communication, and proficiency in CargoWise. On-site position in Morelia, with a collaborative, problem-solving culture at AIT.

Formación

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• 1 year minimum of customer service experience.
• 1–3 years' experience in air freight industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Cargowise experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of International Air freight is a plus.
• Problem solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing.
• Team player with strong trust and cooperation.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with internal and external teammates to prioritize workload.
• Ensure activities follow Operational Process Standards and company policies.
• Monitor KPI performance and process effectiveness.
• Manage CargoWise workflows and daily tracker for data integrity.
• Maintain accurate and timely finances; coordinate with Accounting.
• Develop customer profiles and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Support future certifications and participate in process improvements.
• Assist in mentoring peers and collaborate with service providers.
• Route freight with airline and cargo providers; hand carries possible.
• Prepare quotes via phone and email; verify shipment information.
