PALO IT is seeking an AI Tech Lead in CDMX to spearhead the design and implementation of AI-driven applications. You will lead cross-functional teams using Python, Java, GCP, and TypeScript while mentoring engineers on best practices and AI toolchains.

You will define technical roadmaps, review architecture, and drive high standards for quality, security, and performance across projects. Remote-friendly with global collaboration.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on AI technologies and cloud computing.
• Proficient in Python, Java, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), TypeScript, and modern databases (Firestore, Google Cloud SQL).
• Strong understanding of Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) and familiarity with Claude Code, GitHub (PR-based workflows), and GitHub Projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams in developing software applications using Python and Java, and Cloud technologies.
• Design and implement databases to support scalable applications.
• Oversee AI service integrations using the Google ADK across projects.
