Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents as part of daily workflow.
• Experience writing specs, plans, or structured requirements for AI implementation.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go) and REST APIs.
• Strong testing discipline (unit, integration, test-first).
• Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD.
• Experience deploying to a cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent written and spoken English for specs and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into precise specs and task breakdowns for AI agents.
• Use AI coding agents to implement features, then review, test, and refine code.
• Own features end to end across backend services, APIs, and integrations.
• Define acceptance criteria and automated tests up front.
• Maintain project context files, coding standards, and reusable prompts.
• Review AI-generated and human-written code for correctness, security, and performance.
• Improve the spec-driven workflow, tooling, and CI/CD practices; share learnings.
• Join daily standups and technical discussions with the US-based client team.
