Job summary

The role requires at least 7 years of experience in backend development, strong PostgreSQL/Redis and REST API design, plus proficiency in CI/CD and observability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend development experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong PostgreSQL and Redis expertise.
• Experience designing REST APIs with documentation and best practices.
• Cloud architecture experience (Google Cloud) and Kubernetes (GKE) deployment.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and Lead: design robust backend cloud solutions using Ruby on Rails on Google Cloud.
• Lead engineering teams, mentor members, and facilitate stakeholder communication.
