PSL Group in Mexico is seeking a senior software engineer to define, design and deliver scalable AI-focused software solutions. You will join the Engineering team and contribute to products central to the organization.

You will work with PMs to estimate technical work, design architectures, review code, and mentor junior developers while advancing AI/LLM integrations and cloud-native architecture. This role offers private health, international exposure, and flexible home-office options within a

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in web development.
• Experience with Claude Code.
• Ability to design software architecture (DB, API, components).
• Experience with AWS serverless services.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and API design.
• Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with SQL databases (Postgres, MySQL, Snowflake).
• Experience with LLMs and AI integrations.
• Mentoring junior developers and strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in engineering, development and maintenance of our products.
• Work with the PM to provide estimates for technical activities.
• Analyze requirements and produce architecture and code design docs.
• Consult with project managers and development teams.
• Perform code reviews for standards, security audits.
• Address day-to-day and longer-term technical issues.
• Participate in R&D to evaluate new technologies.
• Automate regression and integration tests using AI.
