ByteDance's BytePlus team in Mexico City seeks a seasoned AI Solutions Engineer to drive pre-sales and forward-deployed AI initiatives. You will help customers define value propositions, develop technical proposals, and demonstrate end-to-end cloud and AI workflows.

Formación

• Engineering background with experience in application development.
• Hands-on knowledge of public cloud products and cloud architecture (compute, storage, network, Kubernetes, databases, security).
• Experience deploying landing zones and setting up CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiar with large language models and content generation models and their typical use cases.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents (prompt optimization, memory/base management, tools, observability).
• Desirable: experience with evaluation engineering of LLMs and content generation models.
• Desirable: understanding of AI Cloud including GPU, network, training/inference/RL platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare product-market-fit for the local market using BytePlus' IaaS, PaaS, MaaS, and Video Cloud products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and assess their potential.
• Engage with customers to define the product and solution value proposition within their context.
• Develop proposals for customers, including business needs, application solutions, technical architecture, and BOM.
• Construct demos for customers' use cases, including Public Cloud, AI Agent Platform, and Language/Content generation Model workflows.
• Generate documentation for use cases, proposed solutions, product requirements, demos, and customer feedback.
• Offer training and guidance to customers for solution deployment.
• Collaborate with key accounts as an AI consultant to explore AI transformation opportunities.
• Develop a customer AI transformation roadmap considering value proposition and integration with existing systems.
• Construct a demonstration for the proposed solution within the customer's environment.
• Generate documentation for jointly-created solutions and feedback.
• Ascertain common customer requirements and prototype industry solution portfolios.
