Job summary

Arkham Technologies in Mexico City seeks a Solutions Architect to own the solution from initial technical discussions to the signed SOW. You will map data sources, design architectures, and prove concepts with real data for large enterprises, bridging Growth, FDE, and Product teams.

You will translate business problems into Data & AI solutions with measurable ROI, and hand off robust architecture and scope to the delivery teams, ensuring production readiness beyond demos.

Qualifications

• Technical background in CS/engineering or data science.
• Experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role with enterprise customers.
• Strong SQL and Python skills and ability to model real data.
• Hands-on with modern data platforms and architecture patterns.
• Cloud experience (AWS) and data governance awareness.
• Proven ability to deliver Proofs of Concept that moved deals forward.
• Fluency in Spanish and English with travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery mapping data sources, systems, and infra.
• Design solution architectures for data ingestions, modeling, forecasting, and AI components.
• Build end‑to‑end Proofs of Concept on real customer data and present results to engineers and executives.
• Translate business problems into measurable Data & AI solutions with ROI.
• Define scope and IO for Statements of Work and hand off to delivery teams.
• Address cloud, security, governance questions in RFP responses.
• Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to shape platform direction.
• Present technical wins to C‑level stakeholders and enterprise IT teams.
