ByteDance's BytePlus team is seeking a forward-thinking AI pre-sales engineer to drive local market fit for IaaS, PaaS, MaaS, and Video Cloud. You will partner with sales, design compelling value propositions, and build demos and documentation for customer use cases.

As a forward-deployed engineer, you will craft AI transformation roadmaps, deliver tailored demonstrations, and generate joint solution documents while aligning with customer needs and industry trends.

Formación

Engineering background and hands-on application development experience.

Responsabilidades

Prepare product-market-fit for local market using BytePlus products.
Collaborate with sales to identify potential customers and assess potential.
Engage with customers to define product and solution value proposition.
Develop proposals including business needs, solutions, architecture, and BOM.
Construct demos for use cases across Public Cloud, AI Agent Platform, and LLM workflows.
Generate documentation for use cases, solutions, architecture, and feedback.
Provide training and guidance for solution deployment.
Collaborate with accounts as an AI consultant to explore AI transformation opportunities.
Develop customer AI transformation roadmaps considering value, feasibility, and integration with existing systems.
Create demonstrations of proposed solutions within customer context.
Generate documentation for jointly-created solutions and feedback.
Identify common requirements and prototype industry solution portfolios.
