Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. is seeking an experienced AI computing solutions consultant in Mexico City to lead enterprise architecture, PoCs, and multi-country deals. The role focuses on AI workloads, HPC, and hybrid-cloud integration, with heavy customer interaction.

You will influence technically and financially, manage BoMs and RFP responses, and travel as needed to customer sites within LATAM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, data-center solutions, solution architecture, pre-sales or technical solution sales; at least 5 years in a customer-facing role in the assigned local market.
• Demonstrated experience selling or designing AI computing, accelerated computing, HPC or large-scale server/platform solutions for government or large enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of enterprise server platforms, CPU architectures (including x86 and ARM), AI accelerators/GPUs/NPUs, cluster design, storage and data-center networking.
• Working knowledge of AI workload fundamentals, including training vs. inference, distributed computing, model deployment, performance bottlenecks and the mainstream AI software ecosystem. Deep model-development or data-science coding expertise is not required.
• Hands-on familiarity with Linux and cloud-native infrastructure, including RHEL or equivalent enterprise Linux, Kubernetes/OpenShift or comparable container platforms, and hybrid-cloud integration patterns.
• Proven ability to lead technical discovery, solution sizing, customer presentations, PoCs, RFP/RFI responses, BoM development and TCO/business-case discussions.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills. Able to work with business leaders, procurement teams and technical specialists without losing technical depth or commercial focus.
• Ability to work independently across a multi-country organization and travel within the assigned country/LATAM when customer engagements require it.

Responsibilities

• Opportunity Development & Account Shaping: Partner with account managers to build and qualify the AI computing pipeline. Identify customer priorities, use cases, stakeholders, decision criteria, budget and procurement path; convert early-stage needs into actionable opportunities and account plans.
• Customer Discovery & Solution Architecture: Lead technical and business discovery workshops. Translate AI training, inference, HPC and enterprise workloads into end-to-end architectures covering compute, accelerators, cluster topology, storage, networking, operating systems, containers and hybrid-cloud integration. Define sizing, capacity, availability, security and expansion assumptions.
• Technical Influence, Workshops & PoCs: Present solutions to C-level executives, technical decision-makers and architecture teams. Build customer-specific demonstrations, PoC plans and benchmark criteria; coordinate resources, track results and close technical gaps. Explain trade-offs in a clear, commercially relevant way.
• Bid, Tender & Commercial Support: Own or contribute to RFI/RFP responses, solution blueprints, Bills of Materials (BoM), compliance matrices, Statements of Work and TCO/business-case inputs. Support public tenders and enterprise procurement, address technical objections and help the sales team position a competitive, executable offer.
• Ecosystem & Competitive Strategy: Work with local system integrators, ISVs, cloud partners and data-center partners to complete the solution. Track competing AI and infrastructure platforms, customer incumbent environments and ecosystem dependencies; develop practical migration, interoperability and differentiation strategies.
• Deal Closure & Handover: Stay engaged through negotiation and closure to protect solution scope and feasibility. After award, hand over the agreed architecture, assumptions, commitments, risks and PoC findings to delivery and support teams, and maintain continuity with the customer.
