3Pillar Global is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead the technical strategy and execution for AI‑driven delivery across client engagements. You will own high‑level design decisions, set standards, and stay hands‑on in the codebase to embed AI agents throughout the SDLC.

The role combines architecture leadership, pre‑sales technical input, and collaboration with clients to shape feasible, scalable, and trustworthy AI solutions. Excellent communication and mentoring are a must.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years as Software Architect or Solutions Architect with hands‑on cloud/AI delivery tooling experience.
Experience embedding AI agents into the SDLC with human oversight model.

Responsabilidades

Design and build architecture embedding AI agents across the SDLC, from requirements to release.
Set technical standards for AI‑assisted vs human oversight to protect quality and trust.
Hands‑on in codebase reviewing, building, and validating AI‑driven approaches.
Lead architecture ownership and communicate long‑term technical vision to clients.
