Smartly in Mexico City is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape the platform by deeply understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, and defining product experiences that create meaningful impact. You will lead discovery with PMs, engineers, researchers, and other designers, translating insights into clear experiences.

Our designers work across AI-native experiences and evolve our design system to enable scalable, high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• Strong experience designing complex digital products and leading end-to-end design processes.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer and business problems into clear product direction.
• Experienced in product discovery, including customer interviews, UX research, prototyping, validation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery and design from ideation through delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Translate customer workflows into intuitive product experiences across the Smartly platform.
• Mentor and coach other designers to strengthen design practices.
