Infoblox seeks a Talent Experience Designer AI in Mexico City to translate talent strategy into engaging internal content and digital experiences. You will partner with AI Enablement and Leadership, producing multimedia assets and SharePoint pages while shaping the learning ecosystem across Talent initiatives.

You will employ human-centered design, produce scripts and prototyping, and leverage generative AI tools to improve content quality and efficiency. Strong portfolio required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in content design, visual communications, multimedia production, digital learning, instructional design, marketing, or employee communications
• Portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling across formats
• Experience creating presentations, videos, graphics, digital pages, job aids, toolkits, or learning materials
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and related Microsoft 365 tools
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, CapCut or similar tools
• Strong writing, editing, and information-organization skills
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, audience-centered content
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for ideation and production
• Understanding of responsible AI practices and accessibility

Responsabilités

• Translate talent strategies and roadmaps into clear employee experiences
• Serve as primary content and experience-design partner for AI Enablement and Leadership
• Create accessible content for digital learning and internal communications
• Develop multimedia assets: videos, tutorials, infographics, presentations, toolkits, job aids
• Apply human-centered design to improve employee experience
• Produce concepts, storyboards, scripts, layouts, prototypes, and publishing plans
• Recommend formats for different audiences and outcomes
• Design and maintain SharePoint learning pages and content hubs
• Create video experiences and learning content
• Use approved AI tools to support ideation, drafting, and production
