Clara, a leading Latin American payments platform, seeks a hands-on Paid Media specialist to drive campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with AI-augmented workflows. You will own setup, tracking, optimization and reporting, delivering measurable growth for markets like Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia.

You will use AI daily to generate ad copy, briefs and insights, while collaborating with Growth and support teams. Hybrid work, stock options, and learning budget are offered.

Qualificações

• 2+ years managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads.
• Navigate ad platforms, create audiences, choose formats, and optimize campaigns.
• Proficient in tracking and KPI reporting with Looker Studio and Power BI.
• Active daily user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or similar).
• Can write effective prompts to guide AI outputs.
• Experience using AI to produce or improve ad copy, briefs, keywords or performance summaries.
• Organized, precise and able to handle multiple campaigns in parallel.
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Genuinely interested in Paid Media and willing to go deep.

Responsabilidades

• Launch, monitor and QA campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and others.
• Set up tracking and attribution per internal guidelines (AI-assisted tagging validation).
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate campaign work: ad copy variants, performance summaries, audience hypotheses, briefs.
• Conduct keyword and audience research using native tools and AI assistants.
• Support in A/B tests and optimize using AI-driven insights.
• Build and maintain recurring performance reports with AI-driven narratives.
• Use automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) to reduce manual work and scale workflows.
• Collaborate with Growth and support teams to speed up creative briefing and copy alignment.
