Clara is hiring an AI Content Specialist to shape our organic channels with thoughtful, engaging content. You’ll write strong articles, adapt executive tone, script videos, and collaborate with designers to bring concepts to life.

The role is AI-native, integrating automations with tools like N8N to reduce repetitive work. You’ll own content projects end-to-end: develop concepts, write, brief, coordinate feedback, and ensure published pieces meet high standards.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish with working English.
• 3+ years in content, social media, editorial roles.
• Strong writing across formats and leadership voices.
• Hands-on with AI tools to automate content workflows.
• Portfolio showing social content, articles, campaigns.
• High digital fluency in B2B communications and internet culture.
• Proven project ownership with hands-on content creation.
• Adaptable to fast-changing environments and quality execution.

Responsabilités

• Create high-quality content across Clara's organic channels (LinkedIn, blog, website, video) and coordinate with designers.
• Develop and maintain AI-enabled content workflows and automations.
• Write and adapt copy for Clara's leadership team to reflect authentic voices.
• Own content projects end-to-end: concept, copy, feedback, approvals, publishing.
• Identify opportunities for video and spontaneous content from offices, people, customers, events.
• Stay aligned with internet culture and translate trends into meaningful B2B fintech content.
• Maintain a high editorial bar across channels: language, tone, formatting, audiovisual quality.
• Collaborate with Events, Design, PR, Growth, and Product Marketing using Slack.
