Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an AI Researcher, Data Scientist, or ML Engineer.
• Experience delivering components of research projects, from experimental design to implementing models.
• Strong proficiency in AI agent systems, NLP, and classic ML methodologies.
• A collaborative spirit with a passion for sharing knowledge with peers.
• Experience turning research findings into actionable insights for technical partners.
• Excellent communication skills; you must articulate complex technical concepts.
• Familiarity with Python for data processing, ML, AI agents.
• Familiarity with frameworks for agentic AI (LangGraph, Google ADK, OpenAI Agents SDK).
