Palo IT is seeking a Tech Lead / Architect to drive full stack delivery end-to-end, mentoring teams and shaping scalable, secure software. You will guide architecture decisions across .NET Core, React, Node.js, and databases, with a focus on AI-first engineering practices and strong collaboration with Product and QA teams.

You will lead by example in design, testing, CI/CD, and open API practices, while communicating effectively with global teams and clients. Strong English is preferred.

Formación

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership in Tech Lead/Architect roles.
• Strong full stack expertise in .NET Core, React, Node.js, and MySQL.
• Proven ability to design and communicate software architecture (microservices, Clean Architecture, API design).
• Understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, security, and observability.
• Professional English proficiency (B2+ preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and evolution of technology solutions for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Drive architectural decisions using microservices, DDD, and event-driven approaches.
• Design, build, and evolve REST APIs with OpenAPI and versioning.
• Define and enforce engineering standards: testing, CI/CD, code reviews, observability.
• Mentor engineers and improve team dynamics.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, UX, and stakeholders to refine scopes and roadmaps.
• Integrate AI-first engineering practices to enhance productivity and quality.
